Damaged

I wanted this for my newly renovated bedroom.. but the item was sent to me damaged , I really would appreciate for Macy's to start inspections on certain items prior to shipping. And I also understand that sometimes it does come straight from vendors, Therefore Macy's should have a rule from all vendors to at least package well, and inspect what is being sent to there customer because We are shopping with Macy's not directly from the vendors So the store is now held accountable. I'm sure insurance covers it . But No As a CUSTOMER I DON'T WANT DAMAGED ITEMS AND MACY'S IS CONSTANTLY SENDING ME DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS . WHICH MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE TO SHOP
