ProSource fit tao yoga mat

I finally received this product and it looks like a wonderful yoga mat. I read everything on the big label and when I got to the warning message I was mortified! it says this product can expose you to chemicals including vinyl chloride which is known to the state of California to cause cancer! I'm wondering why they would be allowed to be sent to people? I will definitely figure out how to return this yoga mat. I've stayed healthy this far and I don't want to take the risk of using this product from ProSource fit.
