Very pleased with 1 3/4 quart size
I love this little 1 3/4 quart saucepan! The handle on the lid has a nice feel to it, and the lid itself fits securely. The wider, shorter shape of the pan has been perfect for everything I’ve used it for including making a bit of caramel. The pouring lip shape is just right for preventing dripping down the pan. The pan’s handle is well finished, but its shape and angle take a little getting used to. Heats evenly. Works well on induction. !. I truly use it every day.

Excellent Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to replace my old cookware when we switched to an induction stovetop in a recent kitchen upgrade. I originally bought the 1 1/2 qt and 2 qt stockpots, then later added the 4 qt and 8 qt. I didn't think I needed a 3 qt, and thought I was all set, but changed my mind. It really is a convenient size when cooking for two, especially vegetables like string beans and broccoli. I love the quality of all my Hestan cookware, and also have the whole set of Nanobond skillets/saute pan. Well worth the money!

I just can't get over
I just can't get over how easy these are to clean, and sometimes I add a little Barkeeper's friend to clean and it is like I just pull them out of the box. We've never had any stainless pot/pans before and we continue to be amazed at just how easy it is to cook in these without any trouble from things sticking unnecessarily (and if it does stick it comes off with the least amount of effort). These pots are super efficient at heating up in less than a minute on my induction cooktop.
