Worked great for 8 months

Worked great for 8 month but then all of a sudden it won't turn on. Tried all the tips and tricks, even a new outlet all that. It just died

First time buyer. Product worked perfectly, just follow the instructions with the measuring cup that’s provided. I added extra water and it overcooked , otherwise it comes out nice and firm.

Good product but when steam comes out of lid it goes all over the place. The best place to use the product is right next to the sink.
