Not recommended

Sandwich maker is decent but the way it's opening is structured is malfunction. I was making sandwiches and it was not opening and the spot to press open broke when I tried to open. I called Macy's if they can replace it they said they don't have anything similar in same price. I asked how to contact the manufacturer they had no answer
