Poor design

One of the worse products I've purchased. About every 6th to 10th cup of coffee comes out half brewed. The manual states it's a "vapor lock" I've followed instructions to clear it to no avail. I never wanted a coffee maker for half cups of coffee, but that's what I have. Very frustrating Proctor Silex do better.
