Horrible

item received damaged due to box being obviously thrown around while in transit. sent back next day...UPS lost package...or it wasn't properly scanned. Notified seller and he was a ghost ...no cooperation at all. He was supposed to initiate investigation. I finally got it refunded after 11 days from handing it over to UPS. A nightmare all around by Seller ...UPS and Macy's
