NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

I WAS INFORMED THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THIS AT A LATER DATE. INSTEAD, IT WAS DELIVERED 2 DAYS EARLY. IT WAS DELIVERED IN THE LATE EVENING AND LEFT AT MY DOOR WITH NOONE RINGING MY BELL TO LET ME KNOW I HAD A DELIVERY. A DAY LATER, A NEIGHBOR COMES TO MY DOOR WITH AN EMPTY BOX WITH MY NAME ON IT. APPARENTLY, IT WAS MY DELIVERY, WHICH CAME EARLIER THAN STATED, DELIEVERY LEFT MY PACKAGE OUTSIDE IN LATE EVENING AND OBVIOUSLY LEFT ALL NIGHT, AND SOMEONE SAW AND TOOK MY PACKAGE. NOW, THEY CAN'T RESEND ME OR GIVE ME A REFUND. HOW UNFAIR IS THIS? IVE LEARNED THAT 4 PACKAGES HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME AND I DID NOT HAVE A CLUE. NOT ONE DELIVERY PERSON RINGS BELLS ANYMORE. THEY JUST DROP AND GO. I AM HANDICAPPED IN A WHEELCHAIR AND RELY ON THIS SERVICE, AND THIS IS WHAT I GET. SO UNFAIR!!! SINCE THEN I PUT UP A CAMERA OUTSIDE MY DOOR. BUT I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I DID NOT RECEIVE THIS ITEM!!!!!

Mount Is Not Accurately Advertised

The mount seems to be in good shape and of good quality. However, online it is advertised as holding a TV up to 90” but in the actual package instructions it states that it’s rate to max at 70”. One of the reasons I bought this mount was the believe that I could later upgrade my TV and be able to max it at 90” with the same mount. The manufacturers own manual indicates different so it is safe to say this item is being sold by misleading buyers on actual specifications.
