The wide size wasn't wide enough for me.

They were a wide size but it wasn't wide enough for my left foot. I had to return them.

Not really 2x-wide.

At the first glance, the booties look nice, but they have terrible strong chemical odor. They do not seem to be designed for wide diabetic feet, the recepient was not able to put them on even with a shoe horn and my help. Middle part (where the ball of foot should fit) is narrow, the fabric is nylon that does not stretch or yield, the toe part sticks up, like on a clown shoe. The lining is not warm, but a short pile of synthetic "fur". And again, the chemical smell is unbearable.

Beware of Size

Because I had bought two pairs of long-lasting, comfortable Propet boots in the past, I wanted to stick with a reliable brand. I am a 10 WIDE , so I was very disappointed that the boots were not wide AT ALL! Has Propet changed its size standards? I've heard that European sizes are smaller than American but I never had a problem before! Actually, I just recently bought 3 different styles of Propet boots and had to return them ALL! I'm so disappointed because their boots ARE durable.

These boots actually fit my hard to fit wide feet.
