This pillow is much more comfortable than my old pillow. I was having a sore neck when I woke up and this pillow solved that. I can sleep comfortably on my side and back with this pillow. I am lightweight and 5’ tall and I like the soft support the shorter side of the pillow offers. A taller heavier person would probably appreciate the thicker side.
