Perfect balance between firm and soft.

Unhappy with mattress topper

This mattress pad looks nothing like the photograph. I bought this for a dorm room to go on top of an industrial mattress and wanted something to add comfort. It’s thin and uneven and bumpy. The sides are paper thin and get thicker toward the middle, maybe about an inch and a half in the center? There is a big thick ridge running down the center from top to bottom. I ordered the twin XL size and it is about 8 inches short, it doesn’t reach the top or bottom of the mattress. Ridiculously low quality, I would have returned it however there would be nothing to put on the dorm bed and we live hours away. What a scam.

I don't recommend this topper.

I replaced an old toper with this one. I'm very disappointed. it's not cool to that touch and it's very uncomfortable.
