Too hard, but much cooler than memory foam.

The firm is a bit too firm. Had to order a topper to see if that helps.

It was supposed to stay cold and only lasted two months.

Too firm

The pillow is cool but was uncomfortable. It doesn't let your head sink in enough. I gave it two nights and passed it along to my 18 year old son. He did not like it either.

I love these pillows - The only issues, the covers are slippery so my pillow cases slide off as I sleep.

This is a great purchase. I personally hate pillows, if I could go without one I would. This pillow is by far the best pillow I have found and can use without hating it.
