I absolutely love this machine. It is easy to operate. It was also in line with my budget. I have embroidered hats and t-shirts with ease. Currently hunting for things to embroider!

Disappointed
I have been frustrated ever since I bought my machine. I have taken it back for repair three times. The first time, it needed to be serviced, the second time the timing was off and the third time the threader needed to be replaced. I haven’t even had my machine for a year yet. I wish I could get my money back for it. When it does work, it embroiders wonderfully. I’m just don’t have the physical strength it takes to keep taking it for repairs.

This machine is amazing and can embroider on so many things. Stitches from tiny to large are all perfect. Easy to use and set up any design.

I need light
I love this machine I can do so much more with it than my vm5100 but the lighting could be improved

Prs 100
Great machine with a couple issues. Constant message to retread. Needs to have an update that allows larger embroidery field without having to purchase special attachments. In order to stitch an area greater than an 8x8 need a very expensive attachment that has a lot of bounce.

Nothing but trouble, already back at the dealer.
I’ve had my machine for 5mo and it’s given me nothing but problems. Tension is super touchy. The computer on it went out and it’s been back at the dealer now for a month! Parts have been hard to get. I’m honestly fed up. When it works it does a beautiful job, but the constant issues has taken a toll.
