Other occasion to buy:I bought this tree for the winter and to have something on my balcony. It has given my balcony a nice touch. Love it.

Whimsical Fun

This tree adds whimsy and fun to our Christmas in FL. It has blemishes on the base (paint smears) that add to its imperfect perfection. I just love it!

Poor return process

I ordered a lighted palm tree and a Christmas tree was delivered. It was supposed to be a gift for my MIL who had wanted it for some time . Took it to Macy's for return, Macy's sales associate who was very helpful called their out-source call center overseas and I was told that I have to ship it back and wait for the return label next 24hours to next 5days. The return counter can not credit it back because of the wrong bar code. I was furious, as it was not my mistake and to take it back home and take to the shipper was just beyond me. I left the big box at the counter and called my credit card for refund. Very frustrating. Macy's need to do better than that.

Nice, which cord was a little longer

Nice, well lit. Easy assembly. Short tree goes in Angeles whole. Some chipping on base but we used a tree skirt around it anyway. Serving as our Christmas palm. Light cord is short so you do need an. Extension cord. One Fran fell off during opening. Purchased on sale so it was a lot of bang for the buck.

Palm Tree needs to be more natural.

I was disappointed that the branches weren't more palm tree like. It looks like it is branches from an evergreen Christmas tree. The the leaves should be longer and drape more naturally. The lighting is nicely done and it does add a happy mood to the room. The instructions were informative and adequate.
