Tree Not Level

This Christmas tree is a nice tree, but the issue with the tree was once the tree was set up the tree was not level. The base was would not stay on the floor and tree looked like it would topple over. Because the tree was purchased just before Christmas and set it up a week before we had no choice but to set up, but had to add three metal/iron instruments to keep the tree from toppling over. The tree was for my 87 year old mom and there were not any trees left to purchase in our area. The tree was set up and she enjoyed the lights, but was very careful not to get to close as she thought it would fall. I would rather have another tree that is not defective if one is still available, but if not, would like to return and receive credit for the defective tree. Would rate a Five if the tree was not leaning.

Other occasion to buy:The Christmas tree is nice but the light in the middle is not working I had to buy lights for my tree. I would returned it but I don’t wanna have to wait for another tree

Ugly tree

Tree looks nothing like your picture. Lower 1/3 of tree has only 1/3 to 1/2 foliage it needs to look right!1

Burnt out lights

The tree came with half of the lights on the second part of tree burnt out. Additionally, the very top part has lights that are distributed unevenly, doesn’t even look like an effort was made with this tree.

Not steady at all

The tree was awful not steady at it tip over broke a bunch of my ornaments , return the tree

over all satisfied

the tree arrived on tim however we received 2 of them and billed for one . Macy's was called and made arrangements to return the second tree to the local store just being honest. we liked the tree we kept however the lights were now evenly distributed around the tree and we had some dark area to hide against the wall.
