Not quite right for me

I'm 5'8" 110 lbs, ordered them in size medium in black color. Quality is so-so, because the seam on the inside rubbed against my thighs irritated my skin somewhat, especially when I moved/walked around in trying them on, and they were a little on the stiff side. Also the style/design wasn't to my liking, being that the joggers were too baggy, and although I'm high-waisted, they were overly so.

Disgusted with poor customer service

I am returning every item I purchased and My Macy's credit card due to the ineffective customer service. For six days, I have been calling to rectify my Account purchases to display online. There is a cancelled order on my account. I placed another order which is not reflected on my account. Representatives are clueless and have been telling me lies. I have a low tolerance level for ineptitude and I have given Macy's almost a week to correct their errors.
