Messy!

As others have said, this thing is a pain to fill. You have to take the tank to a sink to fill, and in the process, it drips water all over. I have to remember to get a towel to put under it as I carry it to a sink to fill and then back again. I've had this only since December '25, and now it's not working. Cleaned it, refilled it, plugged it in, but it won't turn on. Checked that I didn't misalign anything -- can't see what's different. The Help Bot is useless.

Needs BIG towel to catch drips !!

Excellent machine BUT as others have mentioned - when you lift the Tank off to refill, you had better have a BIG towel to catch drips !!!!!

Love this humidifier except for Refilling the tank

I love everything about this unit with the exception that when you remove the tank to refill the water, the residual water at the bottom of the tank leaks all over the place and makes a mess. For this reason I gave it four stars instead of five.

EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY

This HUME XL PRO humidifier is the best humidifer we have had yet. It puts out two plumes of mist, with both the direction and the amount being adjustable. It has a large tank, and can produce cool or warm mist. It can automatically optimize the comfort humidity level based on the room temperature, or you can override that and set the humidity level manually. It is exactly what we wanted and just excellent all the way.

Difficult to open base to get water in

Humidifier itself is nice, but it’s so difficult to open the base to get water in that it’s almost not worth it to use. There are bumps for grip but they are not big enough and our hands just end up sliding over the cover. We dread trying to refill it. It also leaves water in the bottom of the device when we lift the water holder out which leaves a mess sometimes. We would like it more if we could open it easier.

Great customer service!

We received this humidifier as a gift awhile ago and recently started using it every night. The results have been noticeable and immediate. Living in a dry state, this humidifier has been a game changer for our family. Though we recently ran into some issues with our humidifier, the Pure Enrichment customer service team has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend this product!
