Great steamer but beware

Great steamer but only accessory available is the floor pads and they are too costly. It deserves 5 stars but no replacement accessories make this almost useless when they are all worn out.

Leak prone, short lifespan.

I purchased this product over two years ago. I do not use it often. I always use distilled water. The unit is now leaking all over the floor anytime I turn it on.

Best Thing Ever!

Nicer than I expected. Unexpected surprise is that I can steam clean my shower (which is huge) and clean my windows with the squeegy. Steam cleaned my entire house is a fraction of the time that I usually mop the floors. And my floors have NEVER BEEN SO CLEAN! I just love it!
