Died after 5 months

Bought this about 5 months ago and the unit just stopped working. Nothing is blocking the units airflow, the water tank is empty, we have moved the unit to different places and there is just zero response when trying to power the unit. Seems to happen often to other customers

Not working after just 2 months

I bought this for our walk-in closet two months ago and it stopped working today. Not coming on no lights or indicators.

Have bought 2 of them over the last 2 years. Each one lasted about 9 months and then would not turn on. Have checked what I can but does not turn on. Buy a more reliable unit as this one has a short life.

Does Not Work

Does Not Work - do not purchase. Have a very damp house, moved it to several different rooms and it picks up very little moisture. Makes a lot of noise but does not work, waste of electricity & money

Worked for a year

Purchased a little over a year ago and it worked perfectly. Ran in a small bathroom after showers. Now it won’t turn on at all. Made sure the bucket is empty, opened up the air intake to ensure everything is clean and in place and still not working. Very frustrating and from the other reviews it appears this is a common issue. Hope it can get resolved or this will be the last Pure purchase i make.

I bought two and both died within 4 months!!!

I see a few reviews here that show this product should not be purchased. I also bought one in October 2024 and it stopped working in January 2025. I previously purchased one in the summer of 2024 that died in September of 2024. I thought it was a fluke so I purchased it again. Nope. Not a fluke. It’s a horrible product. Don’t buy it.
