Unsafe and quit working properly after a few month
Spent more on this heating pad hoping it would not fail. I did so inside of a few months. Others have reported how the flashing red light stays on without being able to use the different heat settings and also does not turn off the heating pad. Since this is not my problem alone, I am asking the company here to either repair this or send me a new ond.

Long wear
This my second heating pad. The first one lasted more than 10 years even though I used it every night.

Super long lasting
I bought this heating pad in 2020 and it still works perfectly every time I pull it out from my closet 6 years later. I use it for cramps, for working at my desk in the winter, for warming up the bed. I love it so much. Never had the blinking light issue yet. And if it does break, I'll problaby just get the same one again. It's that good.

My heating pad does not warm up
I just got one and it doesn't warm up. I am disappointed.

Shuts Down, Display letter F on Screen
Less than 6 month using occasionally and Today 01/13/2026, STOPPED WORKING, and screen had letter F. I unplugged it, after 15 minutes, it turned back-on. Few minutes later SHUTS-OFF ans displays letter F.

Confused
Please help me to understand why the heating pad is indicating that the power is on with its red light flashing yet when the power button is pressed to turn the heat on nothing happens
