Great Customer Service

I have happily used the PureRelief heating pad for my feet for 2 1/2 years and it suddenly stopped working. The customer service department responded the same day and a full replacement is on the way. I am impressed with their no hassle warranty coverage and feel better now with my other Pure Enrichment products.

Great heating pad and the best customer service

I love this heating pad. Its large and gives alot of coverage for sore muscles. Easy to use control and it stays on without alarms. Has auto shutoff to avoid injury which I love. Had an issue with my order but customer service quickly helped me out making it the best experience. My issue was easily resolved. Product is also backed up by a great warranty. This company is my go to! Highly recommended!

No beep turn off- i love you!

This is my SECOND Pure Enrichment heating pad. I like this purchase because it is a bit larger than my other PE pad. The fabric isn’t as soft as my other pad but it’s fine. Holds it shapes and is flatter than my plush pad. The geometric pattern is cute. It’s removable to clean which is another plus. Perfect amount of heat. The no beep turn off is key to your pads! Please don’t change this. Beeping on auto turnoff is the worst. I like your products!

Great features and comfort!

The purerelief express designer heating pad has been great. I like that it lays flat and has a washable cover. I use it every night for my feet in bed. The settings allow a nice variety of heating settings and I like to know it will automatically turn itself off for safety.

This is the best heating pad!!!

The heating pad has been amazing! It’s easy to use and provides consistent good heat when I use it. I use it often and I love that it has the auto shut off timer and 4 heat settings. I also like how easy it is to clean the cover. I prefer this heating pad over the disposable pads I wasted money on that only last for a few hours. This is a great product and I am glad that I had a chance to purchase it.
