This works excellent for your neck and shoulders!! Would recommend it to anyone!!

I purchased this product as a Christmas gift to myself this past year. I have had on and off severe headaches much of my life. The bad ones seemed to be caused by stress and very tight neck muscles. I purchased this product hoping that the corded option would keep the whole heating pad warm throughout my treatment. It does! I like that this heating pad reaches both up my neck and covers my whole neck and shoulders and around to the front of my neck. It warms up quickly and stays warm throughout the whole time I'm wearing it. I thought I'd use it primarily sitting at my desk in my office, but I've been enjoying it the most when I put it on as I lay down in bed at night. It keeps me warm in these winter months and I relax and release all of my daily stress right before I fall asleep!!! I also love the auto shut off timer after 2 hours. The one change I would make with a new model is to adjust the location of the cord connection. I think it would be better if moved more over the shoulder, or slightly towards the back side. This may be because of how I'm using it laying down. The cord just seems to be in the way a little when it hangs down in front and falls to the side.

I bought this a week ago and I am not happy with it it doesn’t work half of the time it take a long time to heat up and then it doesn’t stay hot when I went to return it the store said I had to get a hold of company

The Nexk and Shoulder heating pad is awesome. I was in. A rear end collision on Maerch 10th 2022. Dur to that accident I suffer from pain due to disc pertrusions at C4, C5, C6, and C6. This heating pad has allowed me to get sleep at night. I would definitely recommend it!

Th Neck and Shoulder Heating pad is awesome! I was in a rear end collision on March 10th 2022 that resulted in me having disc protrusions at C4, C5, C6, and C7. The pain I experienced was excruciating. Thus is the only product that's allowed me to get rest at night. I would highly recommend it!!😊

This heating pad is awesome. The 'warm' setting and automatic shut off are my favorite features. I use this heating pad almost everyday during the colder months. Highly recommend!
