I had high hopes

I have OA in both knees and wanted a heating pad that hugged my knee. Most regular heating pads don't stay on the knee. I had high hopes for this but it is challenging to put on. The extra straps you see for the back don't work as well around the leg and rely on velcro. I have to put it on the highest heat to feel anything - with or without fabric between. I would not recommend for use on knees.

NO HEAT!

It does not anywhere near hot enough. With no gel pack, it gets maybe lukewarm. With the gel pack in, it doesn't even get warm at all, the gel pack stays cool. Complete waste of money unfortunately.

Great heating pad!

I love this universal heating pad, I love that I can use it as a heating pad or as cold therapy. I like that is very flexible to fit my needs.

Great!

Received the universal heating pad last week and couldn't be more happier. I've been using it daily for knee and elbow pain. It's so flexible. The included gel pack to use with it is a bonus.

Great Pain Relief

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have been using it for pain on my elbow and the tight and warm sensations has greatly helped to decrease my pain. My only warning would be to be careful with the gel pack as it can be broken easily.

Pure Pain Relief

Just received my universal joint and muscle heating pad . Started using it immediately. I have Advanced arthritis in both my knees . To have an item that offers both cold relief and heat is a life saver . Thank you and looking forward to long term relief.
