I love this diffuser, and the auto shut off is great. I couldn't find the plug which is inside of the unit. I had the pleasure of contacting the customer service and it was like old time. The representatives were professional, helpful and kept in touch. I spoke with at lease three different people and they were all great.

The product is cheaply made. I can barely see a steam stream coming out of the product when I turn it on nor am I able to smell the scent I put in. The top part of the product cracked within a week of having it. I likely would not buy another or this product again.

Received for a 2023 XMas gift and absolutely love it...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND purchasing the product. It makes your environment smell wonderful and its petitie!!

2 years agoGet's the job done, some things can improve.
We bought this a couple years ago and have used it quite a bit. We felt it did the job and put out enough of a "mist" to fill the car, but not too much. It's a nice little air freshener if you will. The only major complaint is the lid. After using it many times it doesn't fit as tight and is easy to knock off the top and spill. A screw type cap would really help. The only other thing that would make it perfect is if it was rechargeable and you could use it plugged in as well.

My product came without an electrical cord and when I contacted the company they immediately started the process of sending me a replacement product. I haven’t been able to use the product yet as I haven’t received the cord, but customer service is very helpful.

I bought this on a whim several years ago from Marshalls and it turned out to be a true gem! You can change scents with the seasons and it is so enjoyable with the lights changing colors. Your car becomes a much more comfortable space even on longer drives. This item is a highly recommended purchase and one no driver or passenger will regret! K. Smith Stanley, NC

USB missing
Everything is OK except that it came without a USB cable.
