Looks pretty, but cheap

I saw good reviews but once I plugged it in, and turned it on my heart sank. It looks very nice, just like my previous one from another manufacturer. The problem, turned it on and the thing is loud, sounds like the motors are grinding and about to seize, and the heat is just small red light on each massager. I tried it and it barely worked, moment I held it to my neck the massagers slowed to almost complete stop, the noise was so loud, and the speed control is a joke. I would say spend a little more money for a better product.
