Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality

The product arrived in an old, beat-up box and looked used right out of the package. I should have returned it immediately, but I decided to give it a try. It worked for only two days before completely dying. I’ve tried recharging it multiple times, but it won’t turn back on. Honestly, I’m surprised Macy’s would even endorse or sell a product like this. When you purchase from Macy’s, you expect quality and reliability — not something that feels cheap and used. I could have bought the same thing at Ross or Marshalls for half the price. Very disappointing and a complete waste of money.

The attachment piece would not charge couldn't just return one part of the order the whole thing had to go back face mask was weird didn't fit nose thing was off even with tightening the straps Got a different system

Used once - looking forward to seeing results

Came as expected. So far I have only used the Vitamin C serum, which absorbed well. I've used the face mask and neck wand once so far. Fits well and both are easy to use. Both needed to be charged before using. The face mask needs to be charged between uses. I only used it for 25 minutes and had to recharge again before it would be able to be used. I don't expect to see results after one use but I did note that my face felt smoother the next after after the first use.
