Sent all the wrong products and no return emails.

I’m sure it would’ve been fantastic had they sent me what I ordered, or even answered the email when I brought the mistake to the sellers attention. Wrong brush, no foot tool, and horrible customer service. Sadly, the Macys that used to stand for excellence is gone.

Did not ship the products ordered

The only thing that arrived, that was correct was the body brush. Did not receive a foot exfoliate, did not receive the long handled, oval head, shower, brush, but received instead a long handled body massager, and a palm handled body massager. Neither of which is what I want or what I ordered. Macy’s is really becoming unreliable and I send back more than I keep which is exceptionally inconvenient and annoying.
