Stopped working

I purchased this for a granddaughter at the end of August. She loved it. Used the facial brush only 5 times then misplaced the brush head, so hasn’t used it for a couple weeks. Last night She found the head brush and went to use it but had a hard time pushing the button up to turn it on. We finally got the button in to on position, but it did not turn on so we replaced the batteries and it still would not turn on. She is bummed she won’t be able to use it anymore. The facial steamer still works though, so she will continue using it until it stops working.
