Do Not Buy

First of all it was not the model I ordered. (I have a Pursonic flosser already, and it's great, and I wanted another exactly like it.) I charged it anyway hoping it would work out. It has horrible power, it's worthless, it's a piece of garbage, and it's going back.

Exchange please

The device has an issue the nozzle will not properly attach to the base of the unit and squirts water from the reservoir through the opening between the nozzle and the base. I will be returning this for an exchange.
