Broken parts.

I ordered this under the assumption that all the pieces would be intact and new. But when I opened up the package, the wired microphone was crumbled and broken. That's why I had to return this product. I really hope that the packaging gets improved in the future so that the accessories do not get broken either in transit or while it's been packed.
