Pyle 5.25 in wall celing speakers

Speakers arrived and on the frame of the speaker it is broken in three parts that holds the speaker and the tweeter dome is broken also.. I would rate this 3 1/2 stars .. didn't expect it to be broken had really high expectations installing these in celing/ in wall speakers.. kind of at a stand still of what to expect..
