Broken

I received 2 sets of these bowls yesterday. They were packed in a box two feet tall and they only took up half the box. They had brown paper to fill the rest of the box. No sign on box stating fragile. When I picked up the box I heard the broken glass. When I opened the box that was on the bottom there was shards of glass and the bowl was broken. Very unhappy as these should never had been put in a box that big. I will make sure not to order any fragile things again. Also the box had a big hole in the side.

Not as thick as the old Pyrex bowls but very cute. We use them almost daily. I loved them so much that I purchased another set when they went on sale.

Colors EXTREMELY dull; chip on rim of medium bowl

Colors of bowls are EXTREMELY dull, not vivid like in the pictures online. Also, the middle bowl arrived with a chip along the rim. Appears to have happened during manufacturing. Where is the quality control? This is very disappointing. I have been a fan of this brand for decades.

Dull Colors

I opened the box at the pickup location as I saw that other reviewers said the colors were off. They were correct. The yellow is just a dingy greyish yellow color. I had them process the return on site.
