Happy with merchandise and Macy's service!

The glass looks flawless--no bubbling or creasing that I used to find in Pyrex 60 years ago that I still have. I think this will outlast me. Also, if I may add a comment about my Macy's in-store pick I want to do it here. This is my first Macy's purchase in a long time and I am impressed! Today's counter service was first rate from short wait time (the clerk walked from somewhere else and said, "I can help you right here."). After she typed in the order number (after glancing at the digits for 3 seconds, she typed it in. Reading my mind she said, "I already entered your name so I only had to type in the first few digits before it filled in the rest.) After she brought out my package she allowed me to remove the contents to transfer to my carrying bags and leave her with the boxes (there were no more customers so it waa okay). Can I rate my Macy's San Francisco experience 10 out of 10? Thank you.

Good-sized covered glass dish

This is actually a good-sized covered glass Pyrex dish, probably larger than I thought it would be. Haven't used it yet but the next time I am preparing something that requires a cover, this will be my go to dish.

Top part exploded into pieces

The top part broke into pieces almost like exploding while hand-washing it using warm/hot water. I'm glad that I'm not seriously injured, other than cutting my hand with little glass pieces while collecting pieces spread everywhere. I am afraid of using the bottom part now. I'm attaching a pic, it has soap foam on the pieces.
