Piece of Garbage

This item is a lemon. Looks good on the outside but never worked for my only granddaughter. We followed all the instructions to properly setup everything…. but item is still saying "battery needs to be charged". My granddaughter has not had the opportunity to enjoy this item at all. Called Macy's on January 3, 2026, to inquire about returning the item and obtaining a mailing label so that I could return to the company. As of today, January 12, 2026, I still have not heard from the company, nor have I received a return label from Macy's. I am trying to wait patiently, but that is fading fast.
