Shipping was horrible

The hat came in a crushed flimsy box that was too small for the hat in which left the hat badly misshaped. I like the hat but had to go to a Cavenders hat shaper to get the bends out of it. Macys shipping department should have done a better job packaging a straw hat. The product I will give a thumbs up the packing two thumbs down.
