Great pillow

This is the best pillow I've ever owned by far. After a few months of use it has lost a little bit of its spring back but the comfort is still there. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is the problematic zipper on the case cover. I was able to take it off twice to wash and after that the zipper slide broke. It was a let down but doesn't effect the pillow itself. Overall a great buy

Awful lumpy shapeless mess

Awful piece of overpriced garbage. This pillow became a mushy, lumpy mess after 2 nights.

Perfect pillows.

Bought fir my husband who is extremely fussy on pillows. Said not too soft or hard. Loves them and says best ones he ever used

Did not help with side sleeping.

If you're a side sleeper this pillow would not help at all. I still have neck pain after using it.

Used Pillow

I didn't appreciate receiving a used pillow. It had been washed and returned. Macy's never reviewed the merchandise and reshipped. The pillow seems as a good pillow but unable to use due to this unacceptable error!
