Great gift delivered to wrong address

Really enjoyed the gift. Only problem it was delivered to the wrong address and the people opened it. Now that my husband has sprayed it twice the scent only lasts about 20-25 minutes and we have noticed this both times, I would like someone to contact us for a refund. I also purchased smaller bottle from kohl’s for my son and we tried his and the scent last until you wash the clothing.

Bottle damaged and logo missing.

This was purchased as a Secret Santa gift, and it was very disappointing when opened. The logo is missing entirely, and the sides of the item are pretty damaged. This is not the level of quality I expect from Macy’s. It makes me question how reliable their quality control really is.

The product is not the problem!!

It's a perfume I already know and love! But my package arrived in poor condition. I think next time my perfume will arrive broken!!

Smells amazing!!! It’s not loud so you have to really lay it on for “the room” to smell you but a little is enough for up close people to get a whiff smells sooooooo good and you get your name engraved on the bottle great gift
