Don’t waste your money!

Rcvd a set as a gift- the outer enamel or coating is flaking off and a piece of that started to catch fire on my gas burner! Tried to submit a warranty claim 4 times- each time the website failed and cleared all of my info.

I like the weight of

Pots and pans

Love it all! Color specially! Easy to clean and very functional. The utensils, I’ve purchased before but it doesn’t hurt to have a couple more. It cooks perfectly and the fact that it has the nonstick feature is a plus. The only thing I would add is another 3 quarts pan, not as tall. I just bought it and can’t wait to get here. Other than that, I am very pleased.

Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service

I received a set of Rachael Ray Cookware for the holidays and immediately discovered that one of the lids doesn't fit properly on the corresponding pot (the pot rim doesn't seem to be "level" so the lid doesn't "seal" all the way around and instead wobbles back and forth). I reached out to customer service, assuming this would be an easy fix (i.e. they'd send me a non-defective pot and we'd both stop thinking about this), but it's now been nearly three months and they aren't responding to me. I've reached out for an update on my support case 5 times since I submitted it and just keep getting told to keep waiting and that I've been put in a queue (how many warranty claims do you have that the backlog is this long?!). This is some of the worst customer service I've ever received (and that's a high bar!). I definitely do not recommend supporting this company.
