Loving this–upgrade from a a non-stick air fryer
We've come to depend on air fryers for crisping potatoes, veggies and tofu chunks without tons of oil. We can then drizzle on nice quality oils and seasonings without overdoing it. Our first three air fryers had metal fryer baskets – the last two were ceramic coated out of concern for the danger of non-stick coatings. We were wondering if glass would crisp food as well – it does! Since the main concern was avoiding toxic coatings, we're pleasantly surprised at how much we like being able to see the progress of food cooking through the glass basket – no need to stop the timer and pull out the basket multiple times when cooking as we used to. Now that we've had the air fryer for a few weeks - we really appreciate that Willow Kitchen stocks replacement baskets. We hope they will continue to do so - but since it was the basket that wore out first in our last 3 air fryers - we may order one ahead just to be sure we won't end up throwing another entire appliance away when all we needed was one part. Online at least the company talks the talk and seems committed to a greener product.

the glass has broken after 3 uses. is not strong enough for the heat

Never again
I was told I will receive my air fryer before Christmas which I never received. The sells associate told me a lie. I will never shop at macys again. And I will be returning the air fryer. Walmart has it for way less.

THIS AIR FRYER IS A GAMECHANGER
I’ve used a lot of air fryers in my time, and the Willow Glass Air Fryer is easily my favorite. It heats up fast, cooks evenly, and gives food that perfect crispy-outside, juicy-inside finish without using a ton of oil. Super easy to use, easy to clean, and it actually looks great on the counter. If you want healthier meals without sacrificing flavor, this air fryer delivers. Also I love the fact that i can watch my food cooking - super cool!
