Disappointed and disgusted
The product itself is wonderful. However, I had to box it back up to return. Macys sent me a used product with a beyond damaged box, no manual to operate, and food stuck to the glass, as if whomever returned it did not clean it properly. Needless to say, they didn’t check it before sending to someone else. I was disgusted and will return it the way it arrived…. Food and all.

Terrible product. It doesn’t cook anything to any cooking instructions on food products. I knew I should have bought the Ninja. I want my money back!! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!!
