A purchase I don’t regret

Using this mini-oven is fantastic. I use my stove much less often since I got it. It has many functions, is easy to use, heats up quickly, and saves on electricity. I love it… in green it’s just gorgeous

Excellent Product, Poor Shipping

I purchased this Breville to replace a Breville that we've used for 12 years on a consistent basis. Our old unit still works but will act up every now and then. I thought I would purchase a new one just in case. I had the new Breville shipped to me that was my big mistake. Macy's placed the Breville box in a much larger shipping box with no packing material. By the time it arrived to me, the shipping box was re-taped on both ends and crushed in several corners. The Breville box had damage too. I returned without opening. I did not want an appliance that was knocked around during shipping. So, I would recommend purchasing in the store or have it shipped to store.

Good but not great

This is the second Breville we've owned. Loved our Breville Mini Oven, but it died after 5 years of heavy use. This Breville takes longer to cook everything. I really miss the "a bit more" button. The beeps when the cook is complete are far too loud. I'm not wowed by the air fryer feature and would consider going back to the Smart Mini Oven instead.
