Outstanding Quality

I recently lost all my Henckel knives in a fire. When it was time to replace my knives I knew this Chefs knives would be the first one ordered. The balance of the knife in my hand is perfect. The blade cuts with precision and ease. Very thankful I could once again have this knife back in my kitchen.
