Better Cast Iron Experience

Great pan! I made a few things in it so far, and haven't had any issues. Made a batch of pancakes that turned out beautifully! They came out evenly cooked and perfectly browned to my liking. I really like the size of this skillet and the ease of cleanup. I've hated using my regular cast iron in the past because it was huge, heavy, and a pain to clean and season. This one is so much easier to deal with that I don't feel like it take extra work to be able to use it. Love it!
