It’s pretty but not warm enough for winters

I bought this pretty quilt for winters. I was really excited when I pulled it out, it looks lovely on the bed however to my surprise it isn’t warm at all. It’s probably a good choice for the spring season.

No stars if i could!

I purchased this comforter but of course i had to wash it before the first use and within the first wash it turned all wrinkled and bumpy. I contacted customer service explained the situation and were unable to help . I understand that they have to follow store policies but its very unfair that theyre basically making us throw away out money i was really trusting them with quality. Im throwing it away and I’m very disappointed. Also the customer service person who was there to ‘help’ took almost an hour going back and forth asking for my name address and order number . If they knew they couldn’t do anything about it why waste my time like that .

Size is wrong

I ordered a queen size for my queen bed, and the sides of the comforter are way too short. They don’t reach to the bottom of the mattress.
