  • I put tv remote to shiw how humped up the stuffing is. So disappointed. I've been looking for a pretty comforter.

No stars if i could!

I purchased this comforter but of course i had to wash it before the first use and within the first wash it turned all wrinkled and bumpy. I contacted customer service explained the situation and were unable to help . I understand that they have to follow store policies but its very unfair that theyre basically making us throw away out money i was really trusting them with quality. Im throwing it away and I’m very disappointed. Also the customer service person who was there to ‘help’ took almost an hour going back and forth asking for my name address and order number . If they knew they couldn’t do anything about it why waste my time like that .

Size is wrong

I ordered a queen size for my queen bed, and the sides of the comforter are way too short. They don’t reach to the bottom of the mattress.

Don’t buy these blanket!

This blanket looks beautiful. Quality is very bad when you wash them they burn, even in delicate temperature. i’m so sad because I was expecting to use my blanket but in the first wash it was garbage.🥺
