In store purchase on 09/07/25 @Macys, Westfield Valley Fair. Per my receipt “promise delivery date Dec 7, 2025. On Oct 26 I called CS 888-822-6229 & the automated delivery date is now Jan 28, 2026 !!
Spoke to Macy’s CS Rep & sent a msg to expedite delivery. & someone will get back to me 24-72 hrs. I need delivery before Christmas… If not, sadly I will have to cancel the order and purchase a basic sectional from Costco. Can’t have my holiday guests sitting on the floor or plastic outdoor chairs.
(Note, after visiting 14 furniture stores in search for a sectional couch I decided to check out Macy’s. The moment I saw this contemporary leather sectional my search was over. This leather sectional is gorgeous, leather material it’s thick, super soft & the cushions are firm, not hard)
