Radley 148 inch leather sectional

This is an excellent sofa. We purchased a cream colored leather Radley in 2025 and it still looks new in a home with no children or pets. Comfortable, elegant and contemporary. It "makes" our living room.

Pleasantly surprised

We ordered the sectional (7 pieces) in January. I read all the complaints in the reviews about the wait time so I was expecting it to take a while. The gentleman in the store quoted April. I guess he was just being safe because I received an email the first week in February that it was ready. We went with the Sahara light tan. It was delivered on 2/11 and we LOVE IT. it’s incredibly comfortable. I can’t speak to the longevity because it’s only been a couple weeks but so far everything has been exceptional. The delivery guys were so fast, very friendly and careful while unpacking and setting up the sofa. They made sure it was exactly where I wanted it. We’re very happy!

Dont order unless you see the color in person

Ordered the couch, and then went inside Macy’s to see that the online colors are absolutely completely off. See attached photo, according to them the colors in the swatches are the same as the stock online photos the arrow points at. Mind blown.

Not impressed

I purchased a leather couch on November 25 and one of the cushions is already beginning to sag and cave in. This is very disappointing given how recently it was purchased. This will not last.

Very disappointed

I ordered this sofa in Sand at the end of October 2025 and given the reviews, was anticipating waiting longer than 12 weeks for delivery. I am now at 13 weeks and called for an update to be told to expect at least 26 weeks from order to delivery. The discount I was offered was laughable. It is simply unacceptable to set expectations this grossly inaccurate.

Left in the dark

I ordered in early November, assured by a cheery salesperson that delivery would take 8 - 12 weeks. Then, silence. As week eight approached, I navigated Macy’s automated phone maze and finally reached a live person, who casually informed me that my order wouldn’t be ready until mid-April. No apology. No explanation. When I asked why no one had contacted me about the three-month delay, the answer was worse than indifference: I was told it’s my job to call them for updates. Until then, I shouldn’t expect a word. Not even if the delivery date shifts again. Not even if it disappears altogether.

129in Beautiful sectional and amazing delivery

We just had our couch delivered after deciding on the size and finally commiting haha. The delivery drivers (Wellington and saumer i believe) were so nice and explained and asked questions to make sure I understood where things would go. They even moved my christmas tree out of the way for me. They were in my house for a total of 15 minutes max and made sure I sat on the couch to see if I liked it. Its a highly recommended couch in "the car mom crew" group on Facebook and im so happy we decided on it.

Love the Couch. Disappointed in the delivery.

We purchased this couch in the Chestnut color. I love it. It looks and feels like quality. The couch came packaged in plastic and cardboard. Overall, the product was great. The delivery, not so much. I watched them drop the couch on it's side from the delivery truck. As a result, there was a small piece of wood chipped in the foot of the couch. Not enough to return it, but still annoyed by the delivery service. Check your furniture immediately upon delivery. You can tell through the packaging how it was handled. I just so happened to be an eye-witness to the carelessness.
