Dont order unless you see the color in person

Ordered the couch, and then went inside Macy’s to see that the online colors are absolutely completely off. See attached photo, according to them the colors in the swatches are the same as the stock online photos the arrow points at. Mind blown.

Not impressed

I purchased a leather couch on November 25 and one of the cushions is already beginning to sag and cave in. This is very disappointing given how recently it was purchased. This will not last.

Very disappointed

I ordered this sofa in Sand at the end of October 2025 and given the reviews, was anticipating waiting longer than 12 weeks for delivery. I am now at 13 weeks and called for an update to be told to expect at least 26 weeks from order to delivery. The discount I was offered was laughable. It is simply unacceptable to set expectations this grossly inaccurate.

Left in the dark

I ordered in early November, assured by a cheery salesperson that delivery would take 8 - 12 weeks. Then, silence. As week eight approached, I navigated Macy’s automated phone maze and finally reached a live person, who casually informed me that my order wouldn’t be ready until mid-April. No apology. No explanation. When I asked why no one had contacted me about the three-month delay, the answer was worse than indifference: I was told it’s my job to call them for updates. Until then, I shouldn’t expect a word. Not even if the delivery date shifts again. Not even if it disappears altogether.

129in Beautiful sectional and amazing delivery

We just had our couch delivered after deciding on the size and finally commiting haha. The delivery drivers (Wellington and saumer i believe) were so nice and explained and asked questions to make sure I understood where things would go. They even moved my christmas tree out of the way for me. They were in my house for a total of 15 minutes max and made sure I sat on the couch to see if I liked it. Its a highly recommended couch in "the car mom crew" group on Facebook and im so happy we decided on it.

Love the Couch. Disappointed in the delivery.

We purchased this couch in the Chestnut color. I love it. It looks and feels like quality. The couch came packaged in plastic and cardboard. Overall, the product was great. The delivery, not so much. I watched them drop the couch on it's side from the delivery truck. As a result, there was a small piece of wood chipped in the foot of the couch. Not enough to return it, but still annoyed by the delivery service. Check your furniture immediately upon delivery. You can tell through the packaging how it was handled. I just so happened to be an eye-witness to the carelessness.

Beautiful but too tall.

I love my leather sectional but the smaller foot stool is taller than the sofa seat making it uncomfortable for me.

Delivery delayed….

In store purchase on 09/07/25 @Macys, Westfield Valley Fair. Per my receipt “promise delivery date Dec 7, 2025. On Oct 26 I called CS 888-822-6229 & the automated delivery date is now Jan 28, 2026 !! Spoke to Macy’s CS Rep & sent a msg to expedite delivery. & someone will get back to me 24-72 hrs. I need delivery before Christmas… If not, sadly I will have to cancel the order and purchase a basic sectional from Costco. Can’t have my holiday guests sitting on the floor or plastic outdoor chairs. (Note, after visiting 14 furniture stores in search for a sectional couch I decided to check out Macy’s. The moment I saw this contemporary leather sectional my search was over. This leather sectional is gorgeous, leather material it’s thick, super soft & the cushions are firm, not hard)
