A big no

***** Don’t Buy***** Initially when placing the order they say it will be delivered with in 10-12 weeks, I purchased this sofa on July/13/2024 after in 14th week after placing the order I called Macys regarding the order and they said estimated delivery date was on Jan-30-2025. I was seriously shocked and cancelled the order right away and I wasted 3 months of my time. I was without sofa in my new home.

Upon reviewing this couch, I was annoyed by the reviews who hadn’t received the couch and still have a 1 star review. Well here I am doing the same thing, I purchased the couch in August, I was originally told delivery would be in October, then November and now it’s December. I did not order a custom color, I was told that would take longer. Super disappointed, I called customer service, they just offered a refund nonchalantly, not cares given that we’ve been waiting for 3 months. Terrible customer service from Macys and Vendor.
