no smell!!!!

i don't know what happened to this brand. but i bought this for my husband last Christmas and it smelled wonderful. He loved it. I bought the same one this year and frankly when he puts it on I don't smell anything. Very disappointing. Is this an imitation or what? but this smell like nothing when you spray it on you. If i could, i would return this . Very disappointed for Ralph Lauren and Macys.

Polo Blue Parfum is a modern, fresh woody take on the classic Polo Blue DNA, keeping that clean “just showered” vibe but adding more depth, smoothness, and maturity. It opens with bright, aquatic fresh notes and aromatic sage over a soft woody base of vetiver and oakwood, giving a mass appealing, masculine character that is very versatile and office-safe. Most users report about 7–8 hours of longevity with moderate projection for the first couple of hours, then a closer scent bubble that works well for work, dates, and casual wear. As a parfum concentration, it has good staying power, so around 3–5 sprays (neck, sides of neck, and chest or back of neck) is usually enough, especially in warm weather where over-spraying can become a bit cloying. Overall, it is a strong, easy-going “signature scent” option if you like fresh blue fragrances with a slightly more refined, woody twist.

A deeper take on the freshest scent for men!

A deeper and richer take on the classic Polo Blue genre. Still impossibly fresh and light but a bit of added density. You would think this would add longevity but I find it’s still fairly light and short lived. You can get this fairly cheaply so if you liked the 2002 edt you’ll love this!
