Bought two pot racks and two sizes of hooks for our pantry—wanted an easy to see place for my husband to store his oversized barbecue utensils and another rack to hang our kitchen step stool. The racks work well for our needs. Thank you!

I made a ceiling pot rack from two of these. I have a high ceiling with some fake wood beams that are the perfect height to fasten two of these into - one on each side. I expanded these to their maximum length, fastened them together, and mounted them with the two enclosed wood screws. All within 20 minutes, including going to get the tools, pre-drilling the holes in the wood, and putting them up. It actually took longer to get out my pots and hang them than installing these. It would be nice if there was a spacer behind the center of the bar to keep it from bowing toward the wall (or beam) when expanded fully, but that isn't really a problem and I can easily make one if I decide too. All in all, good quality stainless, simple, and sturdy. It says it's limited to 20 lbs total hanging weight, but if mounted into solid wood, I think it would hold more.
