I bought this watch to replace one I lost but the style had been changed such that I did not like the design as much so I returned it. Nothing wrong with it, just not exactly what I hoped for.

I purchased a Toccato watch a month ago, but I had to return it because it was not functioning properly. Recently, I received a replacement watch, but unfortunately, it is also faulty. This is very disappointing as the watch was intended to be a gift for a very special occasion that has already passed. I hope that they can get it right on the third try.

Disappointed
My husband bought me this watch as a gift.When it arrived it didnt work so we returned it and a new one was shipped to us.The new one didnt work either and this time there was no manual within the box.All in all it was disappointing as all customer service could offer me was store credit but no information as to why both watches didn't work.I decided to take the watch to another authorised dealer as instructed by the manufacturer for better help.
